Security+ Training That Makes Sense

At the core of my cybersecurity offerings is a structured, custom-built Security+ training program — aligned with the CompTIA Security+ framework but designed specifically for working professionals, project managers, and career changers.

The program focuses on clarity, not jargon. Lessons are organized into plain-English modules with focused topic clusters and scenario-based examples. It prepares learners not just to pass an exam, but to confidently engage in real-world cybersecurity discussions and responsibilities.

More than 200 professionals have completed the course and earned a certificate issued through Accredible. Many continue to earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) recognized by PMI for maintaining their credentials through ongoing cyber education.

Proven Experience Teaching Cybersecurity

In addition to running my own certification program, I’ve been invited to deliver cybersecurity training and awareness sessions across multiple organizations and professional networks:

• The Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Lloyd Staffing (for clients and recruiters)
• The State of Delaware (cyber awareness and risk governance)

These sessions have included fundamentals of cyber risk, identity and access management, stakeholder communication, and project-level mitigation strategies. I’ve also delivered live, PDU-accredited cybersecurity courses to professionals in government, consulting, and the private sector.
